- Provide technical support to customers, field engineers, and technicians
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems, networks, and VOIP systems
- Manage and maintain firewalls, cloud & on-site backups, and camera systems
- Document solutions, errors, and IT procedures to improve efficiency
- Prioritize and resolve support requests while delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain and update IT documentation to aid future troubleshooting
- Assist with automation projects and digital transformation initiatives
Candidate Requirements/Experience
- 3-5 years of IT support experience (on-site & remote)
- Relevant IT certifications (A+, N+, Security+ preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
- Experience in a service/help desk environment
